NIHL Wolves Cup (Hockey Tournament/ Playoffs)

The Wolves Cup is a playoff tournament and your playing for a division title. Our team is currently the number one seed, and we have also won The President's Cup Banner for having the best record in our division. We just played a sixteen seed team and a ninth seed team, and we beat them 6-1 and
6-3. We also just played a fourth seed team in the semi finals. The score was 4-0. Heading to this weekend, we would be playing the seventh seed team in the championship game. Before the game, there is going to be an announcer to announce your name and you would be able to give flowers to your parents. Our team is pumped for our championship game and we are hoping to get first place in the playoffs.

This picture was taken when were in Holland, Michigan. We were in the finals playing a team that was #56 in the state of Indiana. This team was really good. We played this team the day before the championship, and we got crushed 5-1. But in the championship we played our best hockey. We tied the Indy Strong(Other team) 2-2 in the third period, so we had to go to overtime. It was a 4 on 4. The referee made the worst call on us. He called "Hooking". When clearly we stole the puck away from him and the guy flopped. So it was a 4 on 3. About 40 seconds into the penalty kill, one of the Indy Strong player scored the game winning goal. And we lost 3-2 in overtime in the championship game. If that referee didn't make that bad call, I think that we should have won the game. Finally we got our metal and shook hands with the other team and got a team photo of second place in the tournament.

Meiosis Alien

My alien name is Pablo. He has short hair and two toes. He also have really big thumbs and small fingers. Pablo loves to cook food for his family. He loves to make pasta. That is his favorite dish to make for the family. Even though he has big thumbs and small fingers he can still cook for the family. But the most challenging obstacle he has is using a phone. Since his thumbs are huge it is very difficult for him to make a call or text his friends. But he never complains and always have a good attitude.

Food

Cauliflower. I despite cauliflower. When I was little maybe around nine years old I used to LOVE cauliflower. And plus my mom said that cauliflower is really good for you. Then one day my grandma made cauliflower for dinner. And everybody loved it. EVEN I LOVED IT! I was full already and didn't want to eat anymore. But my mom said " Just eat it it's good for you." So I ate it. During that night I couldn't sleep. I felt like I was going to throw up. So I went to the bathroom, and next thing you know I threw up. And my mom came into my room to see what was going on, but to only see me throwing up. My mom said "It's ok. Go back to sleep." Then about an hour later I wasn't feeling too good. I went to the bathroom again and next thing you know I threw up again. I threw up twice in an hour. On that day forward I never ate cauliflower again.

Jasmine's Ice Skating Party

Yukta, Orva, Lance, Ariel, Anthony, Joey, Anna, Jasmine, Maddy, Lauren, Berny, Karolina, Arlette, and I went to Jasmine's Party at Niles Iceland. I got Jasmine a $25 Forever 21 gift card. Then about 15 minutes later everybody started to arrive. We paid admission to get our bracelet so we were able to get on the ice. We laced up our skate and hit the ice. We skated for about an hour and a half and we got of the ice and went to the party room to eat pizza and drink sodas. After we ate, we took a group picture we started to sing "Happy Birthday" to Jasmine. Everybody was singing and everyone recorded that moment and we all post it on snapchat. Then the party was over and we all waited for our parents to come to pick us up. Finally we hugged and said our goodbyes and that the party was so fun that next week or so we have to plan to skate together again.

Movie Review Insurgent

Insurgent is about a community that have separate themselves into five groups or factions. The five factions are Abnegation, Erudite, Dauntless, Amity, and Candor. Abnegation is selfless, Erudite is intelligence, Dauntless is brave, Amity is peaceful, and Candor is honest. Tris and Four needs to find out why Tris's family sacrifice their lives to protect something and Erudite would do anything to get it. This movie was one of my favorite movies that I watched and also looking forward to watch the third movie "Allegiant".  

New Year Blog

My friends relationship meant the most to me in 2015. The most positive influence was one of my friend name Sarah. She was always so positive about everything. If you were having a bad day she would be the one to cheer you up. Sarah brought the best in me to sometimes takes chances and to always to positive. I probably influence my friends out of school or my cousins in my family. I wouldn't want to change any of my relationships with my friends because there's nothing to change or create.
